Residential

Buying and selling a property, particularly when it’s your own home, is invariably a stressful time. As the process unfolds it’s a great help to be reassured that everything is going according to plan and to be kept informed of developments.

Unlike some other conveyancing services, our helpful personnel are genuinely local people who will individually get to know you and be available to you throughout the transaction. From day one you will be assigned a personal contact you can call, e-mail, write to or call in to see.

Open on Saturdays

Buying or selling a house can also take up a lot of your valuable time and you may want to speak to your solicitor at the weekend rather than during the busy working week.

At Thorne Segar we try to offer you the service you need, when you need it most, which is why we open on Saturday mornings between 9.00- 12.00pm for a full Conveyancing service and general advice on other legal matters. We also open early at 8.00am during the week and stay open till 6.00pm Monday to Thursday. We close at 5.00pm on Friday.

So, whatever stage you have reached with your transaction, you'll be able to discuss it with us early, late or at the weekend and keep things moving as you want.
